Beta 1.7 bug

Hello, I was playing in beta 1.7 on Java Edition and I set a challenge, reaching the Farlands, but, upon reaching 3000 blocks of distance X or Z, I no longer remember, I saw that the animals have names on their heads, I was shocked. Then 5 minutes later, the night started suddenly for no reason. Then I saw lots of NameTags and finally, I did Alt + F4 and, I
didn't
play it anymore. I have the world in my office. If you can find the problem, please respond to me as soon as possible.
Small clarification that I am French and played in French.

Nametags used to be seen in beta versions of minecraft. I recently played beta 1.7.3 and the nametags helped me quite a bit when trying to avoid monsters.

I think I'm stupid because the night didn't fall suddenly and also the nametags are probably the hostile mobs that appeared. :I
