Automatic issuance of items from date packs on the server

When entering the server, players are automatically given a full inventory of items from DataPack. How can this be removed?

All of them are food, tools and other items. But for some reason, this happens with all datapacks. It's just that I only have two that add items. And all items fill the inventory. With one input, these are items from one datapack, with the second one, it can already be from the second datapack.

Hmm, there's not anything that I can see in the code that would result in this. Is this a vanilla server or are you running mods/plugins?

I solved my problem, it was a matter of the Tweakin plugin, namely the function to open all the recipes of the game.
