Looking for a simple datapack

Hi, I'm a big fan of building living towns/cities with villagers, but my designs and builds are limited by their 32-block pathfinding.
I'm hoping to find and/or get guidance on making a datapack that can increase that limit to something more like 64 blocks.
Please help me if you can, thanks!

Personally, I would try to make multiple villages in very close proximity. This could lead to the illusion of there being one large village when in actuality it's multiple small ones. I do not think there is a way to change their pathfinding behavior with datapacks.
