It's an image that you put on your profile that other people can put on their profiles to show they support you.

Thank you! It'd be cool if support stamps were like a widget, and there's a segment in the community drop down of "Support Stamps" and you can upload yours, or search for someone's, and press a add to widget button to add it.
That would be cool!
