I don't know if this is really simple and i'm just being dumb but I have a picture saved in a file on my computer, and I want to upload this file to a post on my profile page. But the only option I see is insert/edit media but that only lets me put in a picture with a url. Iv'e of course tried copying and pasting but it didn't work.

Any help would be very appreciated.
