You have to put the command /gamerule domobspawning false into the chat

If you're referring to skins you've uploaded to PMC, you can delete them by clicking on their page, clicking the edit button that should appear near the top, scrolling to the bottom, and there should be a delete button on the bottom right of the page.
Keep in mind that deleting any submission will retract any experience points that you have earned on said submission.

Assuming instead you want to selectively prevent mobs of a certain type from spawning:
In most cases you will need to find an install a mod or resource pack that removes tha specific mob[s] [Try searching on PMC]
MobB [[s]phantom[/s]] is a special case as it has its own gamerule (as of 1.15):
"Phantom spawning can now be toggled with the game rule doInsomnia. "

/kill @e[type=zombie]
replace the zombie with every other mob name and you can disable them using the command:
/gamerule doMobSpawning false
