I need help with aternos (solved)help
All solved, I found the problem.
It's an Aternos Problem with the server options AND a bug with optifine. I found it out while try everything, the support can't really help with it.
It still didn't work, but I switched the host.

I have had some experience with Aternos, try to uninstall any plugins and migrate to a newer version. If that doesn't work, try different hosting.

1.Have the chunks been generated before or are they just being generated?

1.when I go online some chunks are generated but not 45 like I choose in the options and when I fly around the chunks don't go away they always there and after time it crashes but not every time sometimes it just don't generate normal. But aternos close the server randomly even if I play on it.
This is what I see when I go online, but the chunks don't load more even if I wait they only load if I go further:

2. I don't think I have a chunk loader, but I play with optifine, but the other don't, and they have the problem either. I have a command block area where all server command are placed like permanent creative, time settings or /say blocks. But we don't have any lag machines or like that.

Aternos is a horrible hosting provider and your server is likely just lacking in memory and processing power which causes the lag. You can try to do some optimizations.
But it's not the processing power, the server is not THAT big.
