I need help installing OptiFine.
A few months ago, I started using a new PC. On my last one, installing OptiFine was straightforward. I just had to download it and then run it. On this new computer, however, I can't do that. I've tried setting the default opening program myself, it didn't work. I've tried using a bat file to open it, didn't. I've tried doing that as an admin, and it still didn't work. Can anyone help me out? (the computer is a Dell Inspiron 15z Ultrabook, by the way)

My problem was that I was missing the jdk, but it's all fine now. Thanks, though!
Make sure to have Java installed, that was my problem, I downloaded it like 7 times and tried opening then realized I needed Java...
