Mob Skin Download Button Doesn't Do Anything

I've been trying to download the mob skin pack for www.planetminecraft.com/mob-skin/tangled-mother-gothel/ but whenever I try to download the mob skin pack it doesn't do anything.
Specifically whenever it's on the pop up where you can put the version and whether it's on bedrock or Java and whatnot.
It automatically fills it in with the version, the mob, and stuff, but when I click the download button nothing happens.
Does this happen to anyone else, and how do I fix it?
P.s. I can download the skin, just not the skin pack.

I just tried and was able to get a successful dowmload of the skin pack zip, but have not tested it in game.
I have never benn able to access any of the skin 'mini-packs' unless logged into the site (but presumably that isn't at issue for you in this case, despite your description matching the behavior I see when not logged in).
If retrying does not work, you likely should file a ticket… give as many detaiols about what happened as you can and not any other mob skins you find that show the same beavior. [Worth checking a few others just to determine if the issue is general or specific to that skin.]
