so i've been working on my mc server for one month and i need some developers and to make a bungeecord server because the server that im making should have the survival, factions, oneblock, skyblock with projectkorra plugin im looking for 80/month

Building a network with all those gamemodes sounds ambitious. Here are some thoughts to help you with your search, developers: Finding developers can be tough. You might want to consider offering more than $80/month, especially if you need experienced developers to handle a Bungeecord setup and multiple plugins. a few questions that seem kinda important
1. what would the return be for anyone that does invest?
2. what if any experience do you have running servers
3. where would the money go and what cost cutting can you do
4. is the server going to be dead on arrival or are you going to implement things that other servers don't have that people are looking for
5. what is the reliability of the network backend and the hardware
its all well and good asking for investments but anyone that does invest will want what they invest back unless what you mean is that you want someone to pay for your hosting in wich case anyone that is looking for that would just hire a small team to keep things running on their own
