How many miles is Orlando, Florida from Juneau, Alaska? (Question by Katfoo10)

Well, i checked 3 sources that had the type of answer i wanted, and each had different results. I used the math for calculating averages and the answer is approximately 3,244.15 miles.
if you don’t trust my math, because i’m American, the 3 answers i saw were: 3,240, 3,256, and 3,236 miles. The math i learned for calculating averages is adding each result, and then dividing that answer by the amount of results you input. In this case thats (3,240 + 3,256 + 3,236)/3
you can check my answer and correct me if I’m wrong. I don’t rage over wrong answers or say i’m always right, considering no one is perfect. If i get multiple, different corrections, i will just use math to combine them as accurately as possible. (P.S. this is not driving distance!)

now, ya see this isnt so much of a science question and more of a math and geography question. i understand you not searching google yourself due to the different results, but its good you came to me because i have an idea what type of math to use. :)

Well the way the crow flies, Google Maps says 3,236 miles from Orlando, FL to Juneau, AK. By the way, by car it would take 71 hours/4188 miles (thought I'd look it up for fun)
