Anyone here that works out?
I'm just wondering if there's more than 2 people on PMC that lifts or exercises. If you do workout tell me what type of stuff you do: lifting weights, calisthenics, running, etc. I'm personally doing calisthenics with the Bring Sally Up Challenge(2:04) and trying to learn the muscle up. Before I used to go to my gym, but it is under maintenance.

I do a variety of stuff, although for the record I don't particularly enjoy it, I just do it because I have to. Usually when school is in session I go for at least an hour a day Tuesdays and Fridays, which usually consist of running, strength training, and more calisthenics, with running, push-ups, and crunches scattered throughout the week in various sequences. On breaks I go Tuesdays and Thursdays for an hour for a lot of different workouts, whatever the trainer comes up with, as well as going other days for an hour or so to run and do push-ups and other strength exercises. While I'm definitely above average in terms of fitness level, I'm not that far above. (I can do 60 push-ups in two minutes, 81 sit-ups in two minutes, and run a mile and a half in 10:18, not bad but not particularly stellar either.)
Red VinesCraftyFoxeYay people who exercise exist on PMC! It's 2015, to all the people who say gamers don't workout: that's just a stereotype from long ago.
it's 2016...
LOL this always happens when it's a new year
I do exercise however because i am a bit of an idiot, i somehow think i am so fine that i wouldn't need exercise. Which is not true...
I want to work out but I don't
I just want to be strong and play on my school soccer team. (but I don't think I'm in good enough shape to)

No, I don't work outside, at school I work inside. Physical Education does not count as work xd
my daily workout is eating chocolate
Pretty much my life in a nutshell.

You've really picked the wrong forum...
I'm going to be on the swim team. xP
I mean, I train football (or soccer...) 6 hours a week.
I run (I've got a bad ankle so never more than 6 miles or so), I'm a pretty obsessive rock climber, and I weight lift at the gym 3-4 times a week. I do a lot of calisthenics, and I also go hiking and spelunking pretty regularly.
I bike infrequently, swim in the summer, and my favorite pastime is camping and hiking on very long trails. My bladder doesn't like that last one very much.
Yeah I've been going to the gym for 3 years and doing the occasional run here and there. I've currently benched upwards of 105kg(Once) and can curl 24kg comfortably, not bad for a 17 year old I guess.
I am more then just a gamer girl. I work out every day and play basketball and ride my bike as long as the weather is ok. If it is raininf I use a treadmill to keep in shape.

Just because your a gamer doesn't automatically mean you work out..
@OP, I lift weights during my free time, around 2hrs. per week altogether.
