This guy use my and from other PMC member's work and none credit! When i pointed this out in a comment he simply deactivated the comments. It's demoralizing to see them receiving credit for our work!
Is he allowed to do that? what can i do??

daddy? ~ Mk
Lets kidnap him/her and throw him/her in to the dark of the deep
kill him
Rattattattatttat...ratttattata...Done...
Beat him up, call the FBI, then them to break into his home, then steal his pet and say you will give it back if he gives you credit. If he doesn't, sell his pet to your pet-obsessed sister, then run away to Timbuktu until the police forget about you and label you as missing, then come back. Then you will be famous, and then you can try to cancel him. If that does not work, frame him for a crime like robbing a bank or something like that. If that doesn't work, then take in and trap him on the moon in a small box that he can't get out of, then wait 100,000 years till the sun explodes, then that's it.
O my god,i have to do a life long to try all your suggestions...Anyway, thanks dude, that was a good laugh!
SHOOT HIM TO THE MOON
I like the stinky dark dungeon, lol!
what YouTuber? ):
See in the comments below...
who did this?

Oooh, I dealt with the same issue and I'm wondering if you are talking about the same person I am thinking of...anyway since I started uploading my work to Youtube, I gave them a nudge about pointing credit in the right direction. It is a shame to see someone elses work praised by many but the one who did not create it receive the credit.
Those should be your views, likes, and subs.

They forget to link and do so only after being made aware of it, if at all...
unfortunately planetminecraft.com doesn't have data tools to copyright a data file but if you post or feature your art on youtube/deviantart/curseforge/artstation before posting it here the complaints will be more accurate.
for example: if you have a video on youtube showing the work/music/image/production before making it available to the public the youtube copyright tool will work against all audio and image data duplicates/double on the platform. If the dispute requires any proof you can show (via video) that the original RAW files are with you. production details in a RAW file ensure the work is yours and you as there is proof of intellectual property throughout the entire creation process.

Any work you upload anywhere, including to Planet Minecraft, remains your work and, under copyright laws, you have full copyright over it and can take legal action against anyone who infringes your terms.
This can help but I'd like to add that I've never had any issue with YouTube not trusting I own/made a content I published on PMC.
To them, PMC is a public website with public release dates we can't edit unless being an administrator so as far as I know it's fine.

Some people post early content on safer networks like instagram/pintrest/redit/linktree... you can take a look at:

I'm trying to say that planet minecraft is good for disclosure but it doesn't seem so safe for copyright.
It is more worrying for map creators as today the schematic tools of cloning maps to servers are more and more common, so the builder is not happy to share the work anywhere. basically the builded map doesn't have a RAW file as minecraft is not design software with metadata. There is a lot of content here being republished in China due to Chinese culture.
I think that copying act delays mutual development, devaluing the goal to be achieved, copying wide open and uncredited reduces the creative stimulus of any creator.

That's a good tip thank you!

Me and many of my friends have faced this problem, no clue what to do about it. I've had YouTubers with 3m+ subs use my packs without credit which is just fucked up
It seems The problem with stolen skin packs and mods is even more widespread... I feel with you, that's just frustrating!
Much thanks to all for your help, problem is resolved and i feel better!
It looks like links to both skins have been added to each respective video in the description.
Can you tell me where did you see the links in he 2 videos?I would be grateful to you because that's the only way i can take back my complaint. Thank you in advance.
You mentioned it was in Minecraft Creepypasta Rotten Flesh Creeper and Minecraft Creepypasta Man Eating Bed in another reply, when I searched them up they both had links to the textures. It's possible the creator left out the skin credits originally because they didn't think to include them, not because they intentionally meant to exclude them. (just playing devil's advocate here, I like to think people's intentions aren't bad 😅)
I searched both videos multiple times and haven't found anything. Either i'm an idiot or i need new glasses; in wich description did he hide these links?I also want to believe that these people aren't bad, in fact it's not the first youtuber that forgets to link my textures. But it's the first time i've complained and everything is new to me. where exactly are these links? Sorry for bothering you again...
Edit: Link are found and i can take back my complaint. Thank you so much!

On desktop, you can see the full video description by clicking the "See More" button under the video. If you're on mobile there's a little arrow that points down in the YouTube app next to the video title that expands to show the video description, for longer descriptions you'll have to click the bolded "more" link at the bottom to expand the full description. Videos with longer descriptions like this give a short preview of it after so many characters and it has to be expanded to see the full text. And don't worry, it's no bother 😄

In both of the videos, they give credits in the description under the words "Enjoy! This is done in Minecraft!"
Also, if you want to email him/her use the e-mail stated in this link: https://www.youtube.com/c/RayGloomCreepypasta/about

Well, no. That is not allowed, since these are YOUR skins, so you have kind of an author's right on them. You should try reporting him. I once heard about a youtuber doing such videos, and a group of PMC people complained about him. When I tried to check out that guy's channel, Youtube had closed him down.
I report it and the guy has seven days to take down the videos or send me a mail for find a good solution for both.as i asked for a credit in a comment,he deactivate the comments. my next step was to report it.If he write me a mail to say he link the vids to my page, i take back my complaint, that's it.
No need to be a group to complain about something. As long as you own the original work and don't clearly allow people to use it you can report its use in many cases.
Yeah, I know that, I was just giving an example.
Im not sure but I think its not allowed since you MADE these skins. So theroratically, by him using your skins, you helped on the video. So, I guess it isnt allowed. I dont know if anyone will actuallly do something against it when you report, but guess you can try
I think you can copyright thing, depends on agreements for creation or hosting
honestly their so crazy about copyright stuff, you can probable put one in anyway

That copyright thing is complicated and annoying...I can try to report ihm...
"That copyright thing" is quite simple when you know how to proceed - can take a bit of time but not too much honestly (it mostly takes time the first time). Feel free to reach me out if you need some help with that.
Look at this plz
Thank you it's very kind of you... I have reported and the youtuber has 7 days to take down the video or send me a email for find a other solution; i mean if he link to my textures, i take back my report.
tell Palaeos about it
Yes, if i can do nothing self, i tell that to a moderator... He stole textures from me, from@CrYpticMorbid and other members! Thanks for the tip, (c:
His he a lawyer irl? (c:
