If you mean the skin resolution th ecommands are in the edit menu (Increase Resolution 2x / Decrease Resolution 2x) NOTE that these are destructive (non-reversable) and don't work particularly well so you'll need to do quite a bit of hand fiddling after using one. (Not that PS/GIMP etc do tremendously better.)
If you mean changing a skin from the legacy 64x32 pixels to the current 64x64 version (or vice versa), I'm not aware of this being supported.
It is trivial in most stand alone software, but you would need to account for the differences in mapping.of the limbs as the old skins used one (mirrored) design for the arms and another for the legs vs. the newer version treating each of teh four limbs seperately. Additionally, only the hat/head2/helm has a second layer in the older version q.v. https://minecraft.wiki/w/Skin#Templates for explanitory pictures.
Anything else, clarification needed…

What do you mean by that?
Like, make your skin in-game bigger or smaller than the usual size?
Or do you mean file size?
Or something else... ?
