Dalek had a lot of good points, but the overall skin quality goes to Drazile.

I like daleks skin a lot better because I just like the shading
My vote goes for Drazile. The face could've been better, but the other parts are way better than Dalek's. So are the colors and the contrast.

Glasses are difficult, and Dalek did them better. Still, Drazile makes the colors and contrast great.
Drazile's has an ugly, and very derpy, face, but the HEV suit is more accurate and better detailed.
Dalek looks very fat
