When the raffle closes, I will draw one name for each side using a randomized wheel.
The ONLY person who may use the design is the person who won it.

As long as the outfits/designs you make are completely different and you don't copy my rules or anything word-for-word, that's absolutely fine! I wasn't the first person to do raffles and I definitely won't be the last haha
