What Do You Think of This Logo?

I decided to dust off my drawing tablet and make sort of a cartoony logo

I want some feedback on it - does it look okay for a logo, and can it be improved?

fits a cartoonish style very well
would change the neck of the animal, it seems to bulge out near and thicker than the head, i"d recommend making it thinner than the head right behid it and widening it towards the body instead

I went back and looked at it, and the neck - indeed - seemed very fat. I might fix that up later.
