I have a problem in making custom skin here
I'm having a problem in making skin here! My Minecraft version is bedrock edition, while the skin I made always automaticly converted to java edition. Can somebody tell me how can I fix this? How do I convert my custom skin to bedrock version?

Assuming you're using PMCSkin3d:
Are you saving the skin file at 128x128 pixels (the HD setting in the skin editor)?
How does "the skin I made always automaticly converted to java edition" happen?
[I've just tested the editor and it successfully saved to file an HD (128x128) skin…]
Something you might test: If you upscale a 64x64 java skin and save the new file, does the new 128x128 png get used by your BR game?
(This is not intended to look good, just to help identify where the problem is…)

skins are stored in the same format between editions. you should be able to just import the skin in the "classic skins" section of the dressing room. or manually place the skin at the correct filepath if you know where that is.

Still doesn't work. The system keeps saying: "That's not Minecraft skin, silly." :(

huh. very odd. there might be something wrong with the proportions of the image somehow. is the resolution a multiple of 64x?

you can drop raw folders into bedrock. in fact, mcpack files are extracted into folders when you run them. but also this post is about skins i think so i'm not sure if that even matters
