you could probably make a datapack which adds the two biomes together but it is impossible in the base game to my knowledge maybe unless a big lush biome spawns in open caves above ancient city and the vines grow very tall down and reach into city??

Lush caves and the Deep Dark are seperate biomes unfortunately, you can't mix them.

Ancient cities always generate in the deep dark biome, so It'll be harder than you think to find one.
