X-Bow fix for old versions

This is a basic datapack designed to fix the issue of X-bow carting being very difficult in minecraft versions before 1.21.4. This datapack greatly expands the impact radius of fire on arrows to ensure that arrows actually catch on fire when being shot through fire.

How to install this datapack

1. Download the datapack
2. In your downloads, right click the downloaded file and select "Extract all"
3. Copy the newly extracted folder (the folder that is created, not the original zip)
4. Go to your minecraft world that you want to use this in, navigate to the datapacks folder and paste
5. Run /reload in game and make sure the datapack is enabled using the /datapack enable command
