Return of an Era!
Do you miss the lovely lush green hills and forests of early Alpha Minecraft? Do you wish you could return to those long-lost lands from the comfort of the modern game? Well, now your wish has come true!
Featuring:
- Classical green hills and blue lake
- Older mob drops (zombies drop feathers, zombie pigmen drop steak)
- Old recipes (Golden apple recipe, slabs, red beds)
- Cooking pork gives steak (as a reference to the old porkchop texture!)
- Dungeons with old loot tables
-No modern mobs! (squids, endermen, witches & more removed)
- Retro Nether! (No modern blocks or biomes)
- Punchable TNT! (TNT ignites when punched)
Revisit classic seeds like Glacier and Gargamel (which I know are more well known from Beta but will generate here as well)! Just replace the seed in the overworld.json file to set the seed! While the seeds are not exact since the world generation has changed so much from Alpha, many of the same cliffs and features will appear very close in appearance to their old counterparts! (Glacier seed by default)
[This datapack has taken me way longer to develop than I would have thought, mostly since I'm working on this alongside some other similar packs that will be released soon! If you have any suggestions feel free to suggest them! Right now I'm working on whether or not I can make sheep drop wool when punched, but other than that I'm happy with how this pack turned out!]
