This is a simple datapack that makes it so that every 5 levels you gain, you get better stats. Its perfect for a slightly modified survival! Also, everything is customizable if needed.

For every 5 levels you gain:

+0.5 attack damage
+0.1 attack speed
+0.5 max health
+2% movement speed

The maximum level is 100, so anything past that wont go higher. Also keep in mind that for every 15 levels, it gets about 2x harder to gain xp.

UNZIP from the main file before putting into your datapacks folder

Examples
At level 100+, you have:
11 Damage
6 Attack Speed
30 Max Health
140% Movement Speed

At level 30-34 you have:
4 Attack Damage
4.6 Attack Speed
23 Max Health
112% Movement Speed

How to customize it
Go to the datapack folder called "level_up", then go to "data", then "level_up", then "functions", then click open "level_attributes.mcfunction".

From there you can change the part where it says "[level=0..1]" or whatever, and change it to whatever level you want. Make sure no levels are mentioned twice, as the thing will break. You can also change the number on the end of the command to whatever you want as well.

How to fix if it isn't working
type /datapack disable "file:level_up"
then /datapack enable "file:level_up"

If it says that its for an older version, just click okay anyway it shouldn't change anything

That should work, if not, its either it doesn't work on that version, or your doing something wrong

Changelog
1.1 - Removed unnecessary comma that may have been causing it to not work in 1.17+
CompatibilityMinecraft 1.16
toMinecraft 1.18

Hello, I have tweaked this quit a lot to the point where it is much different. Do you think I could repost this with your credit? It is up to you, I don't mind if you say no.
