Sorry I know this is a bit late but it is just in time for 1.20.5 so.


So on April 8th 2024 there was a solar eclipse, and this eclipse gave me an idea to make the eclipse in Minecraft but Different so I made a new "effect" called Eclipse omen since so the new trial and raid omens came out

HOW TO GET IT

so how you get this new effect is you simply have to have bad omen at noon and you will get Eclipse omen and once you get it the eclipse will happen.

WHAT THE ECLIPSE DOES

so the eclipse is essentially a mix between a boss and a extreme hard mode nighttime, with mods that don't usually spawn.

these mobs that spawn during this are:

• typical nighttime mobs
• phantoms
• drowneds
• breezes
• evokers
• witches
• husks
• boggeds
• strays
• wither skeletons with bows
• iron golems
• illusioners
• (if Blaze, Breeze, Bore, Brine Datapack is enabled) Bore
• (if Blaze, Breeze, Bore, Brine Datapack is enabled) Brine

AND FINALLY WHAT ARE THE STATS OF THE BOSS



also there are some terraria references in the advancements so have fun.
