This Data Pack adds fabulous server side vehicles that have a lot of features.

Compatibility

Tested minecraft versions1.17.1 Singleplayer, 1.17.1 Vanilla multiplayer, 1.17.1 Paper, 1.17.1 Spigot.
For 1.16.x versions 1st datapack generation.
Supported minecraft versions1.17.x - 1.18 snapshots [​Singleplayer + Multiplayer] [​Vanilla, Spigot, Paper, other]
Performance RequirementsMedium
DependenciesNone
Possible conflictsDatapacks/Plugins/etc. that grant all advancements to everyone.
Datapacks/Plugins/etc. that affect all armor stands, markers or llamas.
Vehicles doesn't work at coordinates higher than 2,147,483 blocks from [​0, 0]


Datapack functions

Operation
Syntax
Description
UpdateNoneMethod 1
Remove outdated version archive, put a new one and type /reload, datapack must respawn all vehicles and remove outdated data for you.

Method 2
While outdated datapack is installed, use /function uninstall:bubblevehicles, remove the outdated archive and put the preferred one.
Uninstall/function uninstall:bubblevehiclesUninstalls the datapack, removes all data, kills all vehicles and removes all datapack tags from entities
About/function about:bubblevehiclesShows about screen, that tells datapack information, as well as statistics (how many vehicles spawned, how many mesh pieces loaded)
Settings/function settings:bubblevehiclesLet's you change settings of the datapack world wide:

Render Distance
To optimize datapack, you can reduce the distance from which vehicles start rendering

Projectile Type
For vehicles that shoot projectiles you can switch type between fireworks and TNTs

Load Message
Lets you disable the datapack one-line load message in console/chat

Register Message
Lets you disable messages, that people get when the datapack registers them.

Vehicle Damaging
Lets you disable vehicle damaging. Remember that if a vehicle has already been damaged it won't be repaired automatically.

Fuel Usage
Lets you disable fuel usage. Remember that if a vehicle has used some fuel it won't fill up automatically.
Summon/function summon:bubblevehicles/<NAME>Summons a vehicle/trader (that datapack provides)
Give/function give:bubblevehicles/<NAME>Gives you an item (that datapack provides)

Trader


To get bubblevehicles trader you need to rename any villager to "BubbleVehicles" (with a name tag)

The trader can also spawn in a village with a random chance while you're in it!

Vehicle Interaction interface

Every vehicle has interaction menu, that can be opened by sneaking and right clicking the driver seat.
You will get a green particle in-front of your face when you are able to open the trunk

RefuelRefuels the vehicle with Blaze Powder.
A dispenser may also be used.
Lock/UnlockLocks or Unlocks the vehicle. Locked vehicles cannot be accessed by any players except the owner
RepairRepairs vehicle using copper ingot/block
PaintPaints vehicle
UpgradeLets you upgrade vehicle with a special item
Pick UpPicks up vehicle in creative mode
Reset OwnershipResets the ownership of the vehicle. First player to seat on this vehicle will be set as the new owner
ScrapRemoves the vehicle
KickDamages vehicle with a random chance
StatisticsShows the information about vehicle

Data pack has automatic debug system that can detect issues and suggest how to solve them
All vehicles have a trunk
Vehicles are customizable
Controlling vehicles without using chat, hotbar, or any other unnecessary workarounds
No annoying minecarts/pigs. Vehicles look how they are supposed to

great datapack, however when i use it on my server with geyser and floodgate, then the vehicles are simply made out of steve heads. im guessing its because this uses playerheads for the car so can you tell me what usernames are used for the heads so i can add it to my geyser-heads config so my bedrock players can see it normally?

they aren't player heads, they are custom heads that don't use a username

Amazing Datapack. But when using it on 1.20.2 (dunno about other versions) the Llamas used as seats are NOT invisible. this kind of breaks the immersion and looks goofy. And on ALL VEHICLES when u sit down you are glitching thru the floor of the Vehicle. It would be lovely if this would be updated. Thanks. :)
