What's a neo?
A neo is a jump in which you cross a atleast a 2 block high and 1-3 block wide tower without falling down. (just see the image, its totally a neo jump)
Setup
The setup is really easy. [βdo this on a world with cheats/commands enabled]
1. get your dream skin on
2. go up in the air and create a 9 block long bridge of any building block you like. [βYou can do this with less blocks, but a longer bridge makes doing the jump easier]
3. on the middle block make a 3 block high and one block wide tower.
4. For this tutorial we will do a 1 block neo since its the easiest.
5. Stand on the first block and type '/spawnpoint @s ~ ~ ~' or '/spawnpoint @s [βcoordinates of where you are standing]
6. While in creative, type /give @s command_block
7. place the command block on the ground.
8. In the command block type '/kill @s'. This will kill you and tp you back to your original position.
9. nah there is no step 9 ur done mate.
10. there is also not a step 10 but had to add it cause 10 looks good.
Can I know how to do this now?
1. Stand on the most left and back corner of the block
2. Look at the 3rd block.
3. You will see a outline on the block.ο»Ώ
4. Look between the top right corner and the bottom right corner of the outline of the block.
5. Now sprint forward.
6. As soon as you reach the bottom right corner of the outline of the 4th block, Jump immediately.
7. Now comes the Hard Part. While in the air, look the tower of 3 blocks on the left carefully.
8. While in the air, as soon as you are just right of the tower [βright of the middle of the tower]. Look left immediately [ on the platform you have to reach]
9. Do not let go of the W key.
10. Once you get closer to the end platform, let go of the W key and immediately press shift to come to a full stop.
11. If done correctly, them congrats, you did a one block neo jump.
I did it!
If you did the jump correctly, then congrats, you cleared level 1 of neon jumps. After this, you can try the following:
1.Do the jump alot of times, to get the hang of it.
2. Keep reducing one block from each end and try to do a one block neo on a 3 block long bridge only.
3. Try a double neo
4. Try a triple neo
5. Go outside.
