More than three months ago, me and the Alenvins team were discussing a potential expansion of the map, as we were starting to fill in everything, to finish everything. A month later, the Alenvins capital was completed. Then all the small villages, castles, fields were finished, and we couldn't add any more: the map was full.
Expansion was no longer an option: the map had to be expanded to build even more castles! Fortunately, Rhilindu, a terraforming god and member of Alenvins agreed to make a huge extension of Alenvins. We had to stop the server, that's why we haven't heard from him in a while. So as he progressed on the terra, Rhilindu shared with us what he did. We were all impressed by the size of the expansion: he didn't double or triple the size, but he added 18 times more land!
And so last Sunday we were finally able to launch the server with the new expansion!
We have also defined Kingdoms: there are 5 in total.
The Southern Confederations (in the south): Inspiration Italy, Spain,...
The Francélie (in the west): Inspiration from medieval France
Alenvins (in the center): The old map
Wusemberg (east): Inspiration Germany
Utral (in the north): Inspiration Belgium, northern european country
Our goal is to fill all these areas with fields, castles, villages, cities and more!
We can say that this new map will allow to build in all medieval styles.
Personally, I will build mainly in Wussemberg, Germanic inspiration. Don't hesitate to check the pmc account of the other members to see their progress in the other kingdoms!
Some capitals have already been started: Wussemberg (capital of Wussemberg), Lisélion (capital of Francélie), Amphytriople (capital of the Southern Confederations).

Il y a plus de trois mois, moi et l'équipe d'Alenvins discutions d'une potentielle extension de la map, car on commençais à remplir tout, à tout finir. Un mois plus tard, la capitale Alenvins fut complétée. Ensuite, tous les petits villages, châteaux, champs furent finis, et on ne pouvais plus en ajouter de nouveaux: la map était pleine.
L'extension n'était plus une option: il fallait agrandir la map pour construire encore plus de châteaux! Heureusement, Rhilindu, un dieu du terraforming et membre d'Alenvins a accepté de faire une énorme extension d'Alenvins. On a du arrêter le serveur, c'est pour cela qu'il n'y a pas eu de nouvelles depuis quelques temps. Alors au fur et à mesure de son avancée sur le terra, Rhilindu nous partageait ce qu'il a fait. On fut tous impressionnés par la grandeur de l'expansion: il n'a pas doublé ou triplé la taille, mais il a ajouté 18 fois plus de terrain!
Et donc dimanche dernier, on a pu enfin lancer le serveur avec la nouvelle extension!
On a aussi définit des Royaumes: il y en a 5 en tout.
Les confédérations du sud (au sud): Inspiration Italie, Espagne,...
La Francélie (à l'ouest): Inspiration France médiévale
Alenvins (au centre): La vieille map
Wusemberg (à l'est): Inspiration Allemagne
Utral (au nord): Inspiration Belgique, pays du nord de l'europe
Notre But est de remplir toutes ces zones avec des champs, châteaux, villages, villes et autre!
On peut dire que cette nouvelle map va permettre de construire dans tous les styles médiévaux!
Personnellement, je vais construire principalement à Wussemberg, inspiration germanique. N'hésitez pas à aller voir le compte pmc des autres membres pour voir leur avancées dans les autres royaumes!
