Sporting out: Week 1 - Sit up

Hello guys! Welcome to my First Week of - not hitting the gym, but doing easy exercises at your house (mine perhaps). Keeping fit is one of the things to do during your time at home (or at staycation, maybe lockdown... whatever). At least you have to do a few sit ups!

Tips to do sit ups:
1) Find a comfy place
2) Use something comfy (maybe pillows) to protect your feet. I used something hard and it hurts!
3) REMEMBER TO DO ENOUGH WARM UPS!
4) Don't do too many sit ups at a time, take a rest in between to relax yourself
5) Don't rush: Keep it at a steady pace. You are not rushing for an emergency meeting or a concert. You back will hurt a lot!

DON'T FORGET TO PLAY SOME SLOW AND SOFT MUSIC WHILE DOING SIT UPS! This will keep you doing it at a steady speed, while relaxing yourself. You can also follow the beat!

I would really love to go to a gym. But the thing is that I stretched the muscle in my left arm. Don't really think any good will come out of it.
