These are all "safe" for use in building, mapmaking, minigames, custom servers, etc. : One way or another, someone related to the ownership of each account has stated that the skin will most likely never be changed (or, at any rate, never changed to something noticeably different). Take that with a grain of salt; it's not a strict guarantee, but it's as good as we can really get.
you can spawn them in yourself via "/give @p minecraft:skull 1 3 {SkullOwner:NAME}", replacing "NAME" with the name of the player.

Right click then "Open link in new tab" to get the playername from the URL: /cube/{PLAYERNAME IS HERE}/100.png!
