[About this blogs series] I have planned to do this blog series to gather information about my original characters I am currently remaking the reference sheets of. These blogs will contain reference sheets including the character's bio, several full body shots with different outfits and hairstyles, and a panel of face expressions. They may also feature links to skins of the character, as well as artworks if there is any. I don't know if such thing will have an interest among the community, but let's see.

This first blog is dedicated to my latest OC Haruka 'Calinette' Hanamori. I have designed her to be a spring themed character, so she has the appearance of a fox girl and wears a fancy light dress. I have later decided to give her a human appearance as well and turned her into a BNA (a japanese anime from the studio Trigger) OC.
For those who are curious, her firstname Haruka (春花) is a japanese female given name meaning 'Spring flower', and her name Hanamori (花森) is a japanese family name whose kanjis mean 'flower forest'. Her nickname Calinette comes from the french adjective 'câline' which means cuddly, soft, gentle. To put it short, you could pretty much wrap up the character by her name only.
