I write this because I finally got to Level 20 today. I'm so happy that I went this far on my PMC journey, even if I did some bad things. A feeling of safety and being a full righted member of PMC society is a wonderful thing. This blog was made for me and everyone who is under that level barrier or just trespassed it.
Upon attaining Level 20, you are recognized as a more trustworthy member of our community. This milestone reflects your commitment and contribution, distinguishing you from those who might engage in spamming or exploiting other users. The following privileges are unlocked but are still up you are not meant to abuse them regardless of level.
LVL 20+ Privilege #1: Ad Links. Once you reach level 20, you're allowed limited use of Ad links on your submission downloads. Moderators still recommend adding an alternative ad free link in the description so that your followers have a choice. Ad links are not allowed in other posts formats including but not limited to comments, forum posts and wall posts. In addition, excessive daisy chaining, redirecting from more than one ad link, is forbidden. Well, I will now explain how ads work, in case you didn't know: a person allows to show ads on their site/game, and for each they get a small amount of money.
LVL 20+ Privilege #2: Donation and Support Services. When you reach Level 20, you're allowed to accept donations or link to support services such as Patreon subscriptions or Paypal donations. I don't really need to explain anything here, those sentences are clean as water. Will I use this? Nah, I'm fine.
LVL 20+ Privilege #3: Monetized Content. You're allowed to link to your own Minecraft downloadable content behind a monetization service. However, we reserve the right to remove that privilege for any reason, including any misleading, shady activity or reportedly taking advantage of our users. In short: you can "unfree" your content and make people pay real money for it. This does not apply to CFTs.
