PMCSkin3D can't load texture

I wanted to upload a dolphin mob skin texture to PMC. After noticing a few pixels, which I wanted to change, in the uploaded, but not yet published, file I clicked on the button which said, edit in PMCSkin3D. There it said: Unable to load texture. Please open a ticket.

I have already edited the skin with an external program. But I just tried it again, and it worked this time around.
