Since contest creation has been open to everyone, tons of contests have popped up.
The timeline is a mess!
So, to celebrate, I decided to make... A new contest ! Yeahhh!

So you have to create a skin in the theme of the mess.
To help you, here are some other keywords that match the theme: excess, bazaar, glitch, overflow.


Rules :

1. Skins must be new and made for this contest.

2. Skins must be valid, usable character skins.

3. Submit something you made, entirely by yourself.

Accepts only standard resolution skins.

Ranked by Participants & Contributors - Submission uploader and contributors can vote on other entries.
Entries can't be updated during the judge phase.
38 day entry period.
4 day review phase after the entry period.
50% of entries ranked as finalists.
13 day voting phase on finalists after the review period.

Rating Criteria

1. Creativity & Uniqueness
   Rate how original and creative the entry is in its conception
   Rated 1 to 5
2. Technique & Execution
   Rate the level of skill demonstrated with the creation of the entry
   Rated 1 to 5
3. Consistency & Mess
   Rate the consistency with the theme and extra points if your entire entry (title, description, etc) also fit with the theme
   Rated 1 to 5
