Create a datapack based on an image!
  • About

🖼️ Welcome to the Imageination Datapack Jam!

In this jam, you've gotta make a datapack based on an image instead of a text theme. You can interpret the image in any way you wish, as long as the datapack you make is related to your interpretation of the image. Gone are the days of old-fashioned text based themed jams, you can now let your creativity flow unrestricted.

    Hit that join button! :D

    🏆 Judging and Prizes

Your packs will be judged by the helpers, moderators, and admins in the Datapack Staff team. You can view all the judges and staff in the Jam Hosts section of the page. Your packs will be played in-game by all the judges, and will be judged on these criteria:
    • Interpretation/Creativity: This will get you points for the creativity of your datapack's theme and the interpretation of the image. Use your wildest imagination and you'll get a high rating on this criterion!
    • Polished-ness: Part of the challenge is making a datapack within the short time period. You'll get Polishedness points if your datapack is professionally made and polished within the time we give you.
    • Aesthetics/Visual Appeal: A big section of the datapack is how it looks and feels to play. Use of resource packs are allowed and encouraged and well-made models will give you points!
    • Innovation and Technicality: At Datapack Hub, we encourage thinking outside the box, and challenging yourself to code the best packs that you can. Making good use of cool features, or using them in ways we don't expect will contribute to this factor.
Those who come in the top 3 will get a role in our Discord and some hand-drawn PMC trophies. Most importantly, you will earn the social status of 😎 certified epic cool awesome person - but it's not just about winning! ;)
