How do you vote in Jams?

As the title says, how do you vote on jams? Specifically, there was a skin jam (the sakura palette) that I wanted to vote in but I don't see how to do that. Do you just give a diamond to the skin you like?

In theJam Overview section you'll typically see the conditions for judging.
In the case of the Sakura Palette Contest , however, it is "Ranked by Members - All members level 5+ can vote.".
Were you level 5+ you would see a "RATE ENTRIES" button to the right of the voting countdown timer (just above the 'Basic Summary' [I'm not sure you can see the timer either below level 5])
