This is a New In Town Addon, as such, for it to function it needs the New In Town datapack installed, install it here: https://www.planetminecraft.com/data-pack/new-in-town-a-settler-s-experience-data-pack/

This Addon adds 5 new structures with villagers:
-Blacksmith: trades copper for enchanted iron tools
-Builder: trades copper for sandstone and terracota
-Papyrus Farm: a sugar cane farm
-Pyramid: has a villager that trades copper for potions
-Altar: trades diamond blocks for powerful encahnted diamond armor sent by the gods
