PIR (Proper Item Rarity) True Rare is a pack that changes the names, color labeling system, and ranks of different items and blocks with an artificial but true to a technical standard system. In Minecraft, there is color ranks for every item in the game, most notably yellow, light blue, and purple. These color ranks dictate different aspects of items when they are found, yellow typically means special in some way be it rarity or special power such as the Totem of Undying. In Minecraft there is loot, a great example of good loot is a name tag, however this item is renewable via trading, this gave me an idea. I realized items such as the Totem of Undying are in fact special and a staple of so many playthroughs, however this item is farmable and loses its uniqueness after the original task of completing a raid or raiding a Woodland Mansion, both difficult tasks, and this is not to say setting up a raid farm is not difficult, but the reward for doing this is so overbearing that it renders the Totem of Undying lackluster in its buzz it originally had. This, along with other items lose their unique charm they have and become common commodities, with so many structures to explore and certain items in mind, its only proper that there is some sort of reward for finding an item other than utility, rather the feeling of accomplishment. I simply see the ranking of items in a different way, and in this pack, the system of ranking has been revamped to a more technical and community decided format. Craftable and farmable items and blocks are not special, they can be duplicated and mass produced, or found easily, this is not special. However, with technicality in mind, a different way of seeing loot is considerably funner, by making non-craftable and non-farmable items and labelling them as the fun loot, there is now a passion for exploring, by a placebo using colors and names. With all that out of the way, here is exactly what this pack does, and it is open to critique and correction in case of misinformation:

- Original yellow colored items are changed to white as they are craftable and/or farmable
- (QOL) Enchanted Books are changed from yellow to light blue, this also makes them match the color of enchanted tools
- Originally white items are changed to yellow if they are truly unique loot as they cannot be crafted or farmed in any way
- New format for colors where each color has a solid recognizable labelling aspect to an item (inconsistencies with colored text are removed)
- Yellow items now have a percentage representing the chance of the player finding it, these have "~" next to them because these percentages may not be completely accurate, as the means of percentages from each structure of each item was used for when an item has different percentages, these are taken from wikis and are used to show how exactly rare an item is. Example: Arms Up Pottery Sherd (25~%) (I personally calculated the means)

These stats may not be accurate as more updates come out, however I tried to make loot feel as unique as possible, nearly every special item is found by going to a specific structure rather than doing a specific task, which adds to the adventure and makes loot more how loot should be. Even knowing all of this, it could simply be fun to know just how rare your loot is, enjoy.

One more note, the prestige of rarity is not existent with armor trims because they can be duplicated, which is what made me create this to begin with. This pack in intended for vanilla.
