What is Lovely colors ?
Lovely colors is a spiritual successor to my Cute and less tacky pack, but also my biggest pack yet ! Its goal ? Making Minecraft cuter and more colorful. To do so it features 81 brand new textures covering all terracotta, glazed terracotta, wool, concrete and concrete powder blocks (+ carpets).
This pack works in Minecraft vanilla, no Optifine required !

What version of the game is this for ?
This pack works for any version since 1.16 ! You just need to ignore Minecraft's "incompatibility" warning and enable the pack anyway.

What are these mini-blocks ? Are they in the pack ?
These are actually custom heads, they're available in vanilla if you have commands/cheats enabled !
I make my own custom heads, but I've also used some found Minecraft-Heads. You can find most of my custom heads on Minecraft-Heads, or on this account (check my blog posts).

Are the flowers and paintings in the pack too ?
No, the flowers come from someone else's pack and the paintings are from an unfinished pack of mine, which I haven't made public yet.
The plants come from Alternate Plants, housed on Planet Minecraft !

Why are shulkers and glass blocks/panes not included ?
I'd prefer to have the glass in an eventual separate pack as I know that a lot of people prefer to manage glass themselves. As of now I have yet to find how to make connected glass textures in Vanilla, and I'm taking a little break from big projects, so it will have to wait.
Shulkers are considered entities rather than blocks, so they have a huge skin that cannot be upscaled. As of now I'm trying to find a design for my re-textured shulkers, and the results will eventually come in a separate pack.

Changed one element in the pack's files that should prevent the game from giving you an incompatibility warning when you play in 1.20.0 or 1.20.1. However this pack still works for any version since 1.16 : you can simply ignore the "incompatibility" warning the game gives you and the pack will work both in versions under 1.20.0 and versions above.
Why 1.20.0-1.20.1 though ? Well because it's the latest Optifine build and a bunch of servers and add-ons are still in this version, so I thought it'd be nice for their users to not get a warning every time they load in the pack.

I'm not sure what you mean by this, but the orientation of the glazed terracotta textures does depend on the way you place the blocks, so depending on which block you place them against the textures will be rotated in a certain way. ^^
I hope this was somewhat helpful ? I'm not good at explaining things, apologies.
This pack won't load in some older versions because of the updated block names! If you wish to use it like I did, you must rename a few folders, and the textures!
1. Rename the folder "block" to "blocks". This is the folder that houses the next textures to rename.
2. Rename each coloured material accordingly:
- (colour)_glazed_terracotta.png --> glazed_terracotta_(colour).png
- (colour)_terracotta.png --> hardened_clay_stained_(colour).png
- (colour)_wool.png --> wool_colored_(colour).png
- (colour)_concrete_powder.png --> concrete_powder_(colour).png
- (colour)_concrete.png --> concrete_(colour).png
For the most part, you just need to move the colour name to the end instead of the front--while some block names completely changed. You don't have to include colours for white wool and plain hardened clay/terracotta. Additionally, "light_gray" needs to be replaced with "silver".If you are willing to go through this slightly lengthy process, the pack works like a charm on older game versions~ lovely work!! <3
I'm not sure a lot of people want a pre-1.16 pack, and I must admit I don't like renaming a lot of files so this isn't a priority for me right now, but I'll remember that for later !
