JohnFarmer's RGB Pack is a texture pack that add animated RGB(animated RAINBOW) to various items, blocks, armors and entities.
This pack also rename some items to make it fit with their looks.
Some of the item name is also type in RAINBOW color.

Yo, 1.19.4 pls, the item only is animated but not the model, I mean the armor is blue not animated, I would be pleased if you do so

Did you use optifine? I just try it in 1.19.4 and it seems to work normally. Optifine allows you to see animated texture for entity and armor are also count as one of the entity too. Since you only see the animated item and not the model, it looks like you didn't use optifine.
