I just Decided to make this for fun xD to add this to a texture pack, open the pack you want in Winrar (or equivalent) and copy it into the mobs folder (and don't forget to set your skin as the default, or go in offline mode) although no one will see you as the creeper in a suit, it feels pretty fun xD (also everyone without a custom skin will look like a creeper in a suit to you xP) Enjoy!
