NOTICE
The following pack has 2 different versions to use. One is the CIT version which requires OptiFine, and the other is the regular version for those who play Vanilla. The other version does NOT require OptiFine.


The differences are as follows:

CIT
The CIT version, when used in conjunction with OptiFine, allows the user to be able to choose whether or not their Elytra is the crow wing Elytra, simply by renaming the Elytra "Crow's Wings" in an anvil (not caps sensitive). Other Elytras without that name will appear as basic, Vanilla Elytras. This visual change will not occur for others without this resource pack installed.

VANILLA
The Vanilla version changes any and all Elytra textures in the game to crow wings and does not require renaming any items to see the texture. However, this means that every person will have the Crow's Wings Elytra texture instead of Vanilla Elytra textures.

CreditDaggsy-- I downloaded her pack Upgraded Elytra to help me know how to do the file format for CIT resource packs. No other work in her pack was used, however it is a good pack and whoever's reading this should check it out!

You should be able to use it just fine in 1.20, despite the game's warnings. This pack doesn't change anything significant enough to have to worry about version-to-version differences.

hey, I have your crow's wings texture pack on and i renamed the elytra to Crow's Wings but the texture doesn't show when I put the wings on

Assuming you're running on Java, the best solution I can think of, unfortunately, is to try restarting your game. Resource packs can bug out sometimes. Sorry for the inconvenience. If this doesn't work, let me know.

When I try to use the vanilla version of the pack, it doesn't appear in the resource packs section in the minecraft menu like it would do for every other texture pack i have.

I am in 1.19 however, but thats never normally been an issue for me as i have other out of date textures and they work fine.

Thanks for alerting me to this. I've no idea what could be causing this, but I'll update the pack to 1.19 and hope that helps.

is there a way to convert this to bedrock edition I mean you can just change the images and that should do it right?
