I'll quickly explain before you watch the video though, what you want to do is create your own texture pack and uuid for it (all explained in the video.) You then want to import all of your current textures into the folder (I'd recommend testing the texture pack everytime you make a major change to ensure it works.) After this just add any file you find online and it'll be imported into Minecraft for that texture! Sorry if my explanation isn't very good :(
