This is my entry for Blacksmith’s Project hosted by LogMaiden.
This resource pack introduces the Black Iron Weapons forged with magical crystals. The primary material used into forging these weapons is black iron, a material kind of similar to netherite with a lustrous black appearance. The crystals forged into the weapons serves to increasing the attributes of these weapons and allows them to adapt to the skill level of their users. They give off an emissive glow, especially in the dark.
The pack contains specular textures for LabPBR shaders. This provides the reflective look of materials and emission or glowing effect on the crystals. You can use the pack in vanilla Minecraft although it is recommended and required to use shaders for the specular textures to work. I recommend using BSL and Complementary Shaders. You can either use Optifine or Iris for the shaders but I mostly use Iris + Sodium.
This pack changes the appearance and name of:

I give my thanks to LogMaiden for hosting the event. I had fun creating the textures, modelling, and experimenting with new ideas into making this resource pack. I went with the creative decision of making the weapon models to have a voxel style look.
