Retextured most of the new 1.9 stuff (Armor stands, Purpur, Shield, etc) and 1.8 (Prismarine)
Started texturing on some of the mobs (The Shulker and the Creeper for now)
Retextured water and lava, including a slightly derpy animation for fire.
Darkened iron stuff and stone slabs. The old textures can be found at the 'Alternates' folder.
Experimenting with some variations for some blocks.
Tweaked some item names (i.e: 'Bottle o' Enchanting' -> 'Vial of Experience')
Partial texture support for Vazkii's Quark.
...And many tweaks I probably forgot to document.
