A prominent supporting character in the Oracle series in Zelda for the gameboy color. Originally, the oracle series was planned to be the triforce series, featuring one game per each piece of the triforce that could be played and linked together for one fluid storyline no matter what order you play the games in. They were the Mystical Seed of Courage, Mystical Seed of Wisdom and Mystical Seed of Power. However, due to a lot of difficulty in development (especially the hefty task of making three games feature a consistent storyline while still taking into account the 6 different orders you can play the three games), eventually one of the three games was dropped and the triforce series was turned into Oracle of Ages and Oracle of Seasons. Because of this, despite being the third oracle, the Oracle of Secrets, Farore is not threatened by either antagonists in the oracle games like Din and Nayru were, but she becomes a more prominent character in the series in a different way. When completing one oracle game, you gain a secret in the form of a code. When using this secret in the other oracle game, you start a linked game, which not only gives you a few perks and features that acknowledge what you did in the previous oracle game, but also features several characters with other secrets which will yield different rewards between games. Farore lives within the Maku Trees of either games, and can help both keep records of all the secrets you collected and help shape new secrets to make them come to life.

Farore was a fairly tricky oracle out of the three because unlike Din and Nayru, there weren't a whole lot of pictures out there that featured her. For this reason I had to derp a little on designing her back especially, because the few pictures I could find all show her only from the front. At the same time she's also somewhat the easiest (kinda tied in ease with Din, anyways), so other than the design of her back being a bit rough, I don't really have a whole lot to complain about Farore.
