I actually wanted to make a wiTCH skIN for a while now and wasn't really sure how to go about it primarily because of the hat ;__ ; For example I had wanted to make a Megumin skin buT she hAS thAT type of hAT and I was very unsure how to go about it. But I finally made something that at least looks like the hat its supposed to be from the side (and that I think looks decent in general).
I wasn't sure if I even wanted to upload it or not, and i have at least 4 other versions of it and waSNT sURE wHICH ONE tO uPLoAD, bUT here i AM finally uPLOAdinG it/ oNe of THeM hEEhehhe miGHt as well get sOM hALlOOWeEN skins in
