Hello everyone!
Yes, cjdjdominator is back!
Well, I got exams in 2 weeks, but I managed to make this skin for the Arctic contest! That doesn't mean I put less effort in it, well actually I put more than usual effort since I felt that my skills have faded.
Anyways...here is a short story about the Devil of SubZer0.

So...no one knows much about the Arctic. And there is a reason why. And it all comes down to this archaic devil, the Devil of SubZer0. Yes, no one has heard about it. Because, whoever spotted this devil...was obviously killed. This devil has claws like steel, and breathes ice from its mouth. And yes, it wears a rusty pair of pants. And it is said that the devil wears the pants of the ones it kills...And after 500 years of sleep...it has now awaken... roaming around the frozen desert.

Then comes the question: how do you know all this?
Thats easy...I created it. HEHEHEHEHEH

The skin does look kinda cool, but the concept is not really that stunning, nothing that really suprises me. The pants color really looks very realistically rusty, good job on that, but some of your shading looks odd and "dirty". Have you ever tried pallete-shading with hue-shifting?
All in all good skin, but I think you could've done better :)

i think the *clothes* do *stick out a bit much* maybe use a darker red for it and erase the orange ? its kinda *biting* the blue ^^
