I was looking through Final Fantasy skins and was surprised to see no good Rinoa skins. So I figured I would change that. Rinoa Heartilly is the counter-part to Squall Leonhart in the game Final Fantasy VIII. Unfortunately the names are not very creative, and Squall's character could have been less annoying, but their relationship worked and sparked interest in romantic types. Their signature song "Eyes On Me" probably sent a few hearts flying as well. I can't think of what else to say but that I liked her design, so here she is.

I really love this skin! Thank you so much for this!! The only thing you're missing is the black ribbon around her left arm. Otherwise, very nice!!

The problem with making a minecraft skin is both arms are always alike. If I added the black ribbon, it would be on both arms. I opted to leave it out.
