This is a figure of the Republikanischer Schutzbund
Brownish Windcheater, loden knee-breeches, mountain boots, grey peaked cap (but looks brown)
with cockade and red carnation emblem (which was to small to do)
This Schutzbund had been etablished since 1923 and was deployed by the Social Democratic Party as a
paramilitary formation. It assumed an important role in Austrian domestic politics and the civil war of 1934

I plan on doing the Fascist side of the Austrian Civil War too, and I also plan on doing the German-Austrian Volkswehr
