This is taterman88 he's one of my all time favorite skinners not only because of his originality but because of how cool he is as well. He was even generous enough to make sure this skin got popular enough to reach the popreel. If that's not cool than I don't know what is.

Updated the face to make it look more like Bob Ross and updated some of the shading and colors.
