This is Nanny Ogg, the charismatic, crazy, alcohol-loving witch from Terry Pratchett's Discworld novels. I think Nanny Ogg is hilarious, especially around Granny Weatherwax (it is rumoured that Nanny is cleverer than Granny, but if this is the case, she is clever enough not to let Granny know this).
